Returns Process

  • To be eligible for a return, your watch or sunglasses must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To start a claim, please visit our Easy Returns page
  • Follow the instructions and return your item(s) in their original condition/packaging and use a trackable shipping service to send them to the address provided.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned watch or sunglasses. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

NOTE: Watches with personal engraved messages are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded.

Warranty Exchanges

On top of our satisfaction guarantee, we also offer a full 1 year limited warranty to protect your purchase from manufacturing defects (which are rare, we assure you).

We can only replace watches and sunglasses if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team. Once we confirm the item can be exchanged (we may ask for pictures if necessary), you will be asked to use our Easy Returns page to process the return of you item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service. We must receive your defective item before we can send you a replacement. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our support team.

Lost or missing items

We do offer tracking on all of our shipments, but unfortunately sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control. 

If an incident like this occurs with your order and it has been more than 60 days from the date of purchase, please contact our support team and we will do everything we can to make it right for you.
